ABSTRACT
SUMMARY. Congenital broncho-oesphogeal fistula, found rarely in adults, can lead to recurrent pulmonary infections, which in turn result in bronchiectasis. Tumorlets are usually found close to pulmonary scars due to infections. The case is presented of a carcinoid surrounded by tumorlets found by chance during repair of a broncho-oesphogeal fistula in a 65 year-old woman. Pneumon 2008; 21(3):–
