ABSTRACT
A case of a 60yrs old woman with persistent high grade fever and reticulonodular pattern on chest x-ray is presented. Τhe patient reported an eighteen month history of low-grade fever, atypical thoracic pain, xerostomia and conjuctivitis. Clinical and laboratory work-up revealed lymphocytic interstitial pneumonia and pulmonary fibrosis attributed to primary Sjφgren’s syndrome. Pneumon 2000, 13 (3): 241-245
